Kathie focuses her training on clients who need help building exercise programs but have obstacles to overcome such as an injury or a chronic disease. Therapeutic approaches such as fascial release technique, kinesiotaping, and joint range of motion work are some of the tools Kathie uses to ensure her clients are progressing well. She works within a wide range that covers northern GTA;Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Aurora, and Newmarket. Female clients can also see Kathie at the Women's Fitness Clubs of Canada in Thornhill.
